I can only open one browser one at a time. How can i
correct this problem? It overlaps my exisitng broswer
when I open a new one

Try the following and see if it helps.

Open Multiple Windows In IE

To keep more than one browser window open at a time, click File in the main
menu, select New, then Window. To close a browser window, click the X in the
top right-hand corner or select Close from the File menu. You can also open
a new browser window with Ctrl+N.
