D Dave Peterson Jul 28, 2009 #2 Excel has a Sharing option (Tools|Share Workbook in xl2003 menus) But lots of people won't use it. It has a reputation of corrupting workbooks. You may want to consider a different program that was meant for simultaneous updates -- like Access???
