Music Filenames and Location

I purchased a new computer and am trying to take all of my music from my
other computer and put it on my new one. The files all load up under unknown
artist file folders. After I rename the songs and put them in the file
folders I want the computer randomly changes them back to track filenames
and puts them in new unknown artist file folders. Can you help me to stop my
computer from trying to alter my filenames and files of my music. Thanks

1.Turn off the rename and rearrange options in Tools > Options > Library.
2. Back up your music and album-art before letting WMP run riot with
your files.
