Sibelius has a whole set of graphic export modes, including EPS and EMF,
both of which can import directly into Word. There are also formats that you
can import into Adobe or Corel (where you can prepare the graphic, save it,
then import to Word), which gives you more control over sizing and
resolution. Fabulous program, but fairly pricey.
Or you can display the music in any music editor, do a screen capture, and
import that into Word. You can paste directly but you'll get a better result
if you paste into a graphics program first, save the image (since it's music
you can convert to black and white, which will reduce the size
significantly), then import that as a picture.
