We have an Exchange 2000 server. The CEO is using
Outlook and has 2 POP3 accounts. He would like to open
Outlook and read all his email in 1 location. But when
he is replying or sending email, he would like his
replies or new mail to show the proper "from email
address". Is there a fix for this problem? The CEO is
using Outlook 2000 but is willing to upgrade if
necessary.

Outlook 2002 allows for this. You can have multiple accounts delivered to
one folder (e.g., Inbox). When you reply it will be sent from the account
it was sent to. If you want, you can also select an account (from a drop
down button) before you send the message. One nifty feature with OL 2003
(not 2002) is the ability to setup unique signatures for each account.

Hope this helps,
Mike

The "From" address will be whatever he sets for his default address. He can
simply set it to the work address. Look in Tools>Services.

I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me.

That option will not work with an Exchange server. I
tried this option and it does not work. Thanks for the
help.
