Multipule outlook profiles

I have 2 mail services profiles (on Outlook 2000) each on
its own MS Exchange server (Exchange 5.5), is it posible
to log onto just one profile and have permissions for both?
 
Sure...
Delegate control in one of your profiles to the other and
that should work just fine :-)
