There is, no doubt, an easy answer to this that I'm
missing.
Is it possible for a second person to use Outlook,
strictly for address book purposes? When I examine the
help file, which isn't helpful by the way, I find some
discussion of setting up multiple pop3 accounts. But what
I want to do is simply create another address book for
another user. That user already has email access through
OUtlook express and so it isn't necessary to fiddle with
that account.
I note that outlook express makes "switching" users
ridiculously easy. It seems not possible, or at least not
self evidently possible, with Outlook 2000, the version
I'm presently using. (by way of background, I have an
inactive outlook account with hundreds of entries and I
simply want to create a new account for another user to
keep track of addresses, email addresses, etc). Thanks
for all your help.
