Multiple users with a front-end / back-end application

I have designed a CRM application using access 2003. the application is
spllit. the tables are on the server and the forms, report, etc are on the
individual client computers.

1. How many multiple user at one time, can use the application this way?
2. How many people can access the same records?

Realistically you can have from about 12-40 users at the same time with
little or no problems.

They can all be accessing the same record was well. However you will
need to have some kind of record locking when they start editing records.

Like with all things there are different possible problems depending on
the specifics.
