To the group:

We have three email accounts (3 users) for a single non-networked PC using
Windows XP Professional.
1) Would creating three User Profiles allow each user to access their email
in Outlook?
2) Does anyone know how to change the location of the default mail .pst
file?
We would like to (eventually) have two more PCs and a "file server" (on a
peer-to-peer network).
How would we change the default location of the .pst file to the "file
server?"

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

John

If you set the option to ask which profile to use when Outlook runs, yes.
Nothing would prevent Person B from specifying Person A's profile, though,
so the mail would not be secure.

file?

Yes, plenty of people know how.
