I need to find out how can one personal folder be used by 3 to 5 people at
the same time. We are receiving emails to a specific box and that has
exceded the 50Meg Limit - so we thought to use a personal folder that will
hold 250MEG and have several employees and a Distribution List work out of
that box. How do I set this up.
Or do I set up a Personal folder under the Distribution List Name and them
we can all work out of it at the same time - the system would only reconize
the "DL" being in the box -- Right??
