Multiple User Installs

I have a lab where multiple users log onto different machines,
however, when they log on and try to use Word, Excel, or even Windows
media player, it does a mini install. Is there a way to change this?
My users all have the same profile being given to them from a server.
I am also using Active Directory.

MyLogon might be helpful here. Use a fixed mandatory profile, user's logon
then controls access to network only.
