Multiple Taskbar Icons

When I have a bunch of documents open, I show each of the documents as a
separate icon across the bottom. So I can have 4 excel documents showing at
one time. Is there a way to group icons together like in XP? When I right
click I don't show that option under properties.

Yep change to XP
