Multiple selections from a list

Is it possible to construct a dropdown on a form that allows people to pick
more than 1 value from a list? For example, if the values on the dropdown are
"Bill", "Bob", and "Sue", and I wish to select both "Bill" and "Bob", and
have both values stored together on the same record, is this possible?
 
What version of Access?

It's not possible in Access 2003 or earlier.

It's possible in Access 2007, provided you're using the ACCDB file format.
