Multiple Selection from list box

I need to carry out a search for a number of items in a list box. The number
of items will vary each time and what is searched witll vary each time.

I have set up the list box and query but now i just need some code to help.
Im very clueless when it comes to code so if someone could break it down for
me I would really appreciate it.

Lists box - FundingOptions
Query - FundingQuery
Form - FundingForm

I have created a command button (OK) to activate the code.

I would be grateful for help!
