Multiple logon on Domain

Dear Sir,
can we restrict that a domain user can logon only on one
machine at the same time. i.e. a domain user can not logon
on different machines at the same time. and can we check
that which user is connected with the domain at anytime,
(his username), if so where, we can see this information.
