Multiple log ons

Since I reformatted my hard drive, the log-in has changed.
If I don't use the computer for about 5 or 10 minutes, it
has me re-login. It never used to.
Is there a default I can change somewhere?

It's actually, on resume, goto welcome screen (for my pc anyway).
