Multiple Local Security Policies?

Is it possible to have multiple security policies? IE I
would like to have local policy A effect a user when
logged onto PC A but have local policy B effect the same
user whenever they log on to any other computer? Any tips
on how to do this would be appreciated.
 
Yes, this is exactly what Group Policy is for when
used in a domain environment. When not in a domain
environment any given account can only log into a
single machine.
