Multiple IE window cannot open

When I try to open more than one IE window, all gets
closes with only new one remaining. That means I cannot
open multiple IE browser windows

Any help

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
