Hello, I was wandering if it were possible to view multiple folders as one
folder. I have a couple hard drives full and all contents are in a single
folder on each hard drive. So just merging the contents is not possible. I
was wanting to have one folder that has the contents of both of them inside
the one. Any help would be appreciated.

You can do this easily with XYplorer (file manager). Open a new tab, paste
your folder paths (separated by |, the "pipe" character) into the Find File
Location field, and run a search without any filters (so that all items are
found). Then lock this tab. Now you can always view your combined multiple
folders as one folder by simply selecting that tab!

Thank you for the response, I will try the program. But do you know of a way
that it actually create a folder or a virtual folder that for example could
be shared over the network?

whats "XYplorer" ?

Oh, I thought you were referring to a feature of XYplorer when you suggested
"A folder of Shortcuts." XYplorer is a file manager with a search facility
that can "follow folder links". Quoting the help file: "The search will
treat folder links (aka "Shell Links to Folders") as if they were subfolders
and search the links' target directory as well (again recursing it if
necessary). This is a very nice feature. For example, you can cultivate
folder link farms, ie collections of links to various folders in the wildest
locations, which you then can search all at once by just running a search on
their parent folder."

Oh, thanks for the explanation. I did mean literally to make a folder
and populate it with shortcuts to the all the desired files.
