Are they two separate accounts at the email provider, or is one an alias
for the other? If one is an alias, whichever checks mail first will get all
the incoming mail.
Click on Tools, then Accounts, then the account that does not receive
mail, then Properties. If there is no check mark in the box before
Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing, click on
this box and then Apply. Click on OK and then Close.
Note that, by default, all incoming mail for either account goes into
the same Inbox.
If you still have problems, show us the entire error messages (if any)
you get when you try to receive mail.
