We have 3 email accounts set up on our computer, 2 of which I use. I have 1
for personal and 1 for business and I'd like to be able to have both open at
the same time for quicker access and to know when new emails come in. Right
now I exit Microsoft Office 2003 each time I want to switch accounts.
There's got to be a quicker way! Please help!

Hi, Yes there is.
You just go to "tools" "accounts" and set up all 3 accounts with your isp's
settings for incoming (pop3) and outgoing (smtp), enter your user id and
password. as part of the "options" you can tell outlook how often to check
and which boxes (in your case "all") to check for new mail. You can also
select a notifications sound

Some additional help:

By having all e-mail accounts defined within the same mail profile (Mail
applet in Control Panel), you can poll them all within the same load
instance of Outlook. If you want to differentiate through which account
an e-mail was received, use rules to move them into different folders
(like using subfolders under the Inbox folder). Or you could add the
"E-mail Account" column to the message list pane to see through which
account each message was received. When you reply to an e-mail, the
reply will use the same e-mail through which it was received (unless you
use the Accounts toolbar button to select a different account).
