I use outlook 2003 and have 4 different email accounts. How can I "easily"
switch the outbound email address that a mail has associated with it without
having to do "tools|email accounts|view|default"?

Thanks in advance,

Paul

You can click the Accounts button to change the account that Outlook will use to send the currently displayed message. That doesn't affect the default.

Sue,

Thanks...Wow...I feel dumb...but I sure wish it would also change the
signature that matches that email account. I guess I still have to go do
"Insert|Signature" to change that?

Regards and thanks so much for all of your help.

Paul

If you want the signature to change automatically when you change sending account, you need to (a) be using Word as the email editor and (b) have a signature defined for every account, including the default.
