multiple e-mail addresses merged into distribution list

Is there a way to copy andthen paste a large amount of e-mail addresses into
a distribution list in Outlook? When I try it wil only let me out one at a
time. Thanks in advance
 
It wil only let me copy one per time. I have a large list of 190 e-mails. I
want to copy and paste these into a distribution list. Is there a way to
merge these all at one time? I don;t want to type 190 e-mails individually if
possible. Thanks.
