Kevin

I have multiple e-mail addresses all within the same
domain and have tried to set up multiple profiles within
Outlook, one for each address. It seemed to have worked
but when I send an e-mail to ANY of the addresses it is
received by ALL the addresses.

Am I missing a step somewhere ?

They all have the same password (short term memory
issues!) If I change the passwords will that work ?

Multiple folders and rules sounds like a good plan. Is it
diffcult for a techno dolt such as I ?

No, it's quite easy. There are even templates for this already (depends on
version of Outlook) or you can create a blank rule. But still you are guided
through step by step. Just try some settings a send yourself some test
messages if you are not excactly sure what happens. You can't break anything
with it and if it does (but what can happen with sorting test messages?)
just disable or delete the rule.

Goto Tools-> Rules Wizard... and choose New... Now you can choose to start
with a template or with a blank rule. I would say that both are just as
easy. I see the templates as an example for most used rules. Creating a
blank one gives you a better idea what happens to it step by step and you
can adjust them more.

Just play around with them for an hour or so and you'll master it!

Good Luck!
