Multiple e-mail accounts no longer work

I use Outlook 2003 and it has worked fine until one day it no longer accepts
the passwords on my HTTP-mail (Hotmail) and my POP3-mail. Both have worked
fine and no passwords has been changed. When trying to use these accounts,
Outlook prompts me for password and even if I type the right password, it
keeps asking for password!

I have then removed the 2 accounts and tried to add them. Result is that I
now have 3 Hotmail folders - no of which are working.

I also have the mailbox for 2 ressources in my folderlist - this I have had
always. No problem - just annoying, how can I remove them?

Unless you pay for a Hotmail account, Hotmail has disabld Outlook/Outlook
Express access.
