Multiple Criteria function for a Graph

Hi,

I'm making a dasboard and in it I'm making a graph. What I need is a function or formula to make the graph look at the "date column" and the "status column" and make it count how many "completed" and how many "not completed" for the same date.

For example:

I have 3 rows dated 03/05/2008 in 3 different rows and I have 2 completed and 1 not completed in the status column, so I need the graph to represent it.
