Dear all

I have 3 different compamies and want to manage them all in outlook.

How can I receive, send and store/organise information that come from
different 3 different email addresses, whilst at the same time make it seem
to clients/suppliers I email to that I am sending it from the company that
relates to them?
Thanks

General
Setup at least 1 email account for each company at your
Internet Service Provider or site hosting company/ies.

For sending emails
Setup these email accounts in Outlook, menu Tools, Email accounts.
The field POP server should hold the mail server for the respective
ISP or hosting company.
Make sure FOR ALL ACCOUNTS the SMTP server holds your ISP's
outgoing mail server !!!
Make sender names reflect the respective companies.

For receiving mails
Create email rules in menu Tools - Rules Wizard to separate Inbox
mails for different companies into their respective folders.

Best rules order (imho):
1. Move mails From selected people / companies to folders.
2. Move spam containing keywords like viagra, v1agra, vai9ra etc.
to folder Deleted Items.
3. Move spam mails from spam sources (e.g. (e-mail address removed))
to folder Deleted Items. Use build-in Spam rule, make sure to record
only the "@adserver.com" part.
4. Enable build-in Adult rule as well.
5. Move mails To people or your companies to separate folders.
Don't forget to enable "Stop processing Rules" for each rule.
Remaining mails end up in Inbox for you to process manually.
TIP: set Outlook to wipe Deteled Items when ending the program.
(see main Outlook screen, menu Tools - Options - tab Other)
The Spam filter may require daily additions or use third party tools.

Were it I faced with this, I'd use three separate mail profiles. That will
allow complete segregation of each company.
