Multiple Accounts

I am running an exchange server on windows server 2003sbs, and the clients
are running Windows XP(sp2) with Outlook 2003.

We have 2 domains (e.g. www.domain1.com & www.domain2.com), and a few people
have e-mail addresses for both domains, and i have set up exchange to collect
mail from both domains and distribute to the specified mailboxes (it is not a
problem that they goto the same inbox), but there seems to be 2 problems
with this.

1. If a new mail is sent it is always sent with the default address
(e-mail address removed)

2. When replying to a mail sent to (e-mail address removed), the from address that is
sent back is actually (e-mail address removed).

Is there a way to specify from which account the mail is sent?

Actually, your domains are domain1.com and domain2.com.

If you have two accounts in your mail profile, there should be an Accounts
button to right of the Send button that you can use to choose the acccount
with the correct sender address.
 
The users only have a single exchange account which recieves mail from both
domains, and i cannot set up another exchange account as Outlook 2003 only
supports 1 exchange account.

You could set up a second account in Exchange and then use IMAP to access
that account. Exchange will also allow POP access, if enabled.
