Hello,

At work, I have two email addresses,
one is (e-mail address removed) and the other is
(e-mail address removed).

I want to set up Outlook XP so that it has two inboxes,
two sent folders, two deleted folders etc. (basically, I
believe, two .pst files). But I do want it to open on the
same Outlook without having to log off and log in again.

Is that possible to do?

What I have done now is set up inbox (sales) and info
folders under personal folder, and I use rule wizard to
create which one goes to inbox and which one goes to info
but it doesn't work well, some messages just created
multiple copies and went to the wrong folders.

Please help me.
Any help would you greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

No. The only approach not requiring stopping and restarting Outlook is with
Rules, as you've been attempting. Many people use the rules approach
successfully, so the problem would appear to be with your rules. Perhaps if
you describe them exactly, people can help you correct them.
