Is it possible to install multiple access run time versions on the same computer? Some of our front end databases are in 2000, and others are in 2002. Thanks, Mike

Yes, I've done it, but it's not pretty. You would need to install the
runtime into a different folder than the other version's runtime. If you
have full Access on the machine as well, you'll want to definitely install
to separate folder, and also Access remembers the last version that was used
and the next time you double-click and .mdb file, it tries to open it with
the last version you used.

If you're a techie, you can figure it out, but if you're trying to roll this
out to customers, it's a nightmare.

I got away from it by using the 2002 runtime for both my 2000 and 2002
databases, since I left my 2002 databases able to be opened in 2000.
