I have a Windows 98 computer with Outlook 2000 running and I have three
different users setup on that computer under control panel-users. But when
one receives a message, they all can see it. Example (user #1 is logged in,
gets a mail message, he goes to lunch, user #2 logs user #1 out and logs user
#2 in and checks his mail, he sees user #1 message) Why is this? please
help. Thanks.

Because all of the users are mapped to the same mail profile. In what mode
is Outlook 2000 installed? Help>About will tell you so you can tell us.

Internet mail only mode. Please help. Thanks.

If all the account are POP accounts, if I were in your shoes, I'd consider
switching Outlook to Corporate/Workgroup mode (on Tools>Options>Mail Setup)
so that each user could have his or her own mail profile and keep the PSTs
distinct from each other. Doing so requires you to have your Outlook
installation CD and it does cause Outlook's interface to appear a little
different. I don't know Outlook's IMO well enough to know if you can
separate out the users the way Outlook's configured now.
