Multimedia Audio Controller

I have my pc reformatted bcoz of virus, not that it's up and running I
couldn't play any music or any media at all. Under my device manager shows a
yellow question mark on Multimedia audio controller under Other devices

Can someone help me with this pls
 
You'll need to reinstall the drivers for your soundcard. Your soundcard
is where you plug in your speakers on the back of your PC. You should
have a utility disk or something like a SoundBlaster disk to do that.
