I see this is a real problem that many have written about on
many of the user groups and support nets so surely someone has
a fix by now.

I have no sound at all in XP, the only problem seems to
be with this "Multimedia Audio Controller" - which does
not have its drivers installed.

When I try to install these drivers, it gives me the
message: The Data Is Invalid. Actually it does this
everytime I turn on the computer and log in.

I have a Hercules sound card, I downloaded the latest
drivers I could find, and it had no affect. I reloaded
the original drivers that came with the computer and
was working in XP just fine a few months ago and this
did not help. I removed the PCI sound card and removed
all drivers and reinstalled and that didn't help.

Please help me find/load/or???? these drivers for the Multimedia
Audio Controller so my sound will work again.

Thank-you, Marine65
