I installed XP, a time ago, on FAT32 on the first of 2
partitions. Second one is NTFS configured. I installed
Windows 2K on the second partition successfully. I use Win
2K only for testing purposes. But when I installed Win2K I
selected XP Proffesional as my default OS with 5 seconds
of selecting time. When I rebooted the system and tried to
boot XP, I received the error : "Corrupt/Missing file -
C:\Windows\System32\config\Systemd".

I can boot Win2K and I can read all the files on the C:
and D: partition. I used the FIXMBR and FIXBOOT cmds under
Recovery Console - didnt work.

Any Suggestions/Solutions? I know now that Win2k must be
installed first and then XP. OOPS

Hi

How do I install Windows 2000 after I've installed XP?

Hi ,

Just to quickly say thanks for your reply. I did manage to
get XP up and running at the end.

Thanks
