Hallo,

How can i implement a good multi-user error handling. For instance getting a
message that a record is locked or a message dat another edited the record.

Anybody a example on how to accomplish this.

Read somewhere (don't remember where anymore) that a user can keep on
open/constant link to a database by checking against a open hidden
form/table. Anybody know how to accomplish this?

Thanx for any advice!

Regards,

The answer to the second question can be found in the very extensive
collection of links and information at MVP Tony Toews' site,
http://www.granite.ab.ca/accsmstr.htm.

The first is rather an open-ended question, so probably not good for a
newsgroup response. The questions most likely to get a good answer here are
precise, concise, and specific. Other good suggestions for effective use of
the newsgroup can be found at the FAQ site,
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.
