Multi-User Programs and Internet

Hi. I am having some trouble with setting up a multi user
environment. I have a dial up Internet connection set up
on the main account (Administrator rights) and I placed a
shortcut to both IE and Highstream's dialer on to all of
the limited accounts. If you go into the limited user
accounts to connect to the Internet nothing happens. How
do I fix this?

2. I have an older program that my daughter uses. I put
a shortcut on her desktop and it won't load the program.
How can I get the program to work in her account?

3. How do you access the Administrator account?

Please help. I have 5 kids who can't use the Internet,
their AIM and more.

Nobody has ANY ideas??? Please help me.

Matt, XP network connections have a box you can check that allows the
connection to be available to "all users" or "only me." Sorry, I'm not
familiar with Highstream's dialer and what allowances it offers for setting
it up on a multi-user operating system. You should probably ask them about
this.
