I'm currently researching e-mail systems and would appreciate it if someone
could answer the following questions.
1) Can Outlook be configured so that, for instance, a company manager and
his admin assistant can access the manager's mail box at the same time. That
is, will Outlook permit two users to access the same set of mail folders at
the same time? If not standalone Outlook, is this something that one should
be able to do with Exchange?
2) Is there any limit on the number of public/team folders that one can set
up on a network. For instance, if our company has 50 projects on the go,
could I set up a mail folder for each project then have multiple users
access said folders for the storage and retieval of messages?
Thanks
