Multi-Select List boxes

I am using Access 2000. I have a form with a multi-select
list box. The user enters various information on the form
and then he selects multiple items from the multi-select
list box. After he makes his selections I want each item
he selects to be entered as a new record in a table. Two
other fields from the form will be entered into each
record also.

Can someone give me an idea how to do this
programmatically?
