Multi-Select List box Help

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to understand how to use the multiselect list box. Can someone
please write a basic code for this so I can try and breakit down and
understand it.

I have a field called [state] in a table.

I want a query to pull all the states based on a multiselect list box.

Please help.
