Multi Boot problem

Multi boot list shows two Windows XPs when only one is
installed. How do I eliminate one of the listings from my
dual boot menu?
 
open My Computer properties--> Advance Tab --> Startup and
Recovery "Settings" and uncheck time to display list of
operating system.
