mui how to get it?

In this forum there is said something about the mui so you can work with
diferent languages on 1 workstation, but nobody seems to know how to get that
pack...
How does one get it? do you have to buy it or simply download it from
microsoft because I looked for it and haven't found a clue about it. only in
this forum and on other sites, never with a link or something how to get it.

Seems to me that all the language problems for the people in this forum
could be solved with the mui.
 
The Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) is an add-on to the
English version of Windows XP Professional only. The MUI
is available for corporate customers through volume licensing
contracts and is not available in a retail package.
