When we are using a game, the game stops, a screen pops
up and says: MTropolis 32 bit windows player has
encountered a problem and needs to close Sorry for the
inconvenience. Is it the game or my computer? What do
I do?

Can you play other games? Go to the MTropolis website and see if there
are game patches, user forums, etc. If the problem is only with this
one game, then you know it's not your computer. However, without
knowing your computer specs, it's impossible to say for sure.

Googling for "MTropolis 32" indicates that this program is some sort of
video player. If you didn't install it yourself, then it could be part
of the game you are playing. Since you didn't mention the name of the
game, I can't be sure. Whenever you have problems with a specific game,
your first step is to go to the game mftr.'s website and look for
patches, workarounds, user forums, and tech support. So that is what
you should do now.
