MSWORD: Why doesn't readibility statistics come up, it is checked

It use to work and doesn't anymore.

I never use readability statistics, so don't know much
about them. The word.spelling.grammar newsgroup would be
the better place to ask... However: does the spell and
grammar check work otherwise?
