MSVFW32.dll error

I'm trying to install Media player 9 and it keeps giving
me an error saying that MSVFW32.dll was not found.

Can somebody help me in resoling this problem. Thnaks in
advance
 
Is msvfw32.dll actually on your system? It should be.
