when trying to repair a problem, I get a message that the problem cannot be

i had same proplem and i was using an old win doctor. this dll can be down loaded do a google search when you get it copy it into the system 32 file .as it may be needed by other applications.

all you have to do is to search for msvcr80.dll with your search option. Check the hard drive for it since this file is already on your computer but not in system32 folder. If found just copy it and paste it into your system32 folder where all the other dll's are. Problem solved.
