i can't load any software on my computer, when i try to a
message appears saying the msupdate.exe is having
problems. can anyone help me.

Although it sounds legitimate, "msupdate.exe" is not a Windows file. It is
one of those nasty things that uses a familiar sounding name to trick the
user into thinking everything is okay. This is done on purpose to hopefully
delay discovery and removal.

"msupdate" as a name:

After removing the worm and repairing any damage it's done - you may find
out that your current problems (not being able to install software) has
disappeared.
