MSOERT2.DLL error

The procedure entry point CreateInfoWindow could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2.DLL
 
That is an Outlook Express error message. If you get this while using
Microsoft Office Outlook; reinstall Outlook Express.

Otherwise post a lot more information about your configuration.
