Have suddenly lost access to Outlook Express. Error
message says that "msoe.dll will not load". I have tried
downloading and reinstalling Internet Explorer 6.0 with
the same result.
The file is in the Outlook folder but apparently just
won't load. I have also been unable to find it as a
seperate download on the Microsoft site.
Does anyone have any ideas?
