msnmsgr.exe help

When loading msn messenger, I receive the following notification:

"msnmsgr.exe - Entry Point Not Found

"The procedure entry point GetTextExtentPointI could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."

If you could help me or direct me to a location where I could find help I'd
appreciate it.
