I am unable to start my outlook for many weeks now.
I have read a lot on the MS site and think that after
doing a search and finding that the msncon.dll is missing
is the reason that I am unable to open Outlook.
Could anyone tell me where I could go to get this
downloaded? I have searched and cant seem to find it
anywhere.
(I have already tried to re-load outlook ... this didnt
change anything.)

My Outlook runs fine and I have no such file on my PC. I suspect the
problem lies elsewhere.
